Mildnat Pinot Noir Petillant Nature

Pinot Noir from Church Rd in Waipara, currently converting to BioGro organic. These vines were planted on their own roots in 1992. Gently direct pressed then fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness. Bottled with 16g/l residual sugar, disgorged. A happy accident has left this wine with 7g/l of residual sugar, resulting in a finish with wonderful balance and poise.Clean and pure, acid driven, moreish.
